EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that it is difficult purchasing clothing from a catalogue, as we are all different shapes and sizes and sometimes garments just do not fit. If you are unsure what size to order, please ring or email us as we will always be happy to help you. It will be helpful if you can supply as many of your measurements as possible in the box supplied on your Order Form. This will give us a guide when checking your order.
When you receive your garments, try them on OVER YOUR OWN UNDERWEAR for hygiene purposes. If you are not happy with the fit or look, we will exchange for a different size or a different style, or send you a Credit Voucher for the cost of the item which you can use on your next purchase.
After your first exchange, if you are still not happy with your garment/s and do not want a further exchange or credit, we will refund the cost of your returned garment/s providing they are received by us in 'as new condition' within 14 days of your receiving them.
When you return any garment to us, please make sure that it is in the same condition as you would like to receive it, that is in 'as new condition’ with all labels intact, neatly folded, and PVC items folded with tissure paper to prevent creasing. Any item showing signs of use, or is soiled or damaged in any way, will not be accepted. Unfortunately opened hosiery items cannot be exchanged.
Please return items for exchange within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by ($5 Australia delivery) (AUD$10 Overseas delivery) to help with the cost of re-ordering, handling and postage. We will re-order and re-post your replacement garment/s as quickly as possible.
Any garments or items with manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please ensure that any item with a manufacturing fault is returned within 14 days.
Due to availability some lace designs etc. may change from those pictured. However, please be assured that we will always endeavour to supply QUALITY PRODUCTS.
