PAYMENT AND DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We know that once you have placed your order you are anxious to receive your goods, so when your order has been received we will do everything we can to post your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
If the items you require are in stock, they should be posted to you within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, as you can see from the website, you have a wide range of specialty styles, sizes and colours to select from, so it will be necessary for many of these garments to be made for you. When this is the case, please allow 10-20 days for us to obtain the goods for you, and then a further few days for your parcel to reach you, which will depend on where you live.

PAYMENT: Money Order, Bank Cheque, Cheque (please allow 10 days clearance for cheques). Please make out to A Touch of Glamour.
CREDIT CARDS accepted are VISACARD and MASTERCARD.
There are TWO methods of credit card payment:
METHOD 1. SECURE ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. Your credit card information goes direct to a secure bank site. We never see your credit card information but are only advised that the amount has been debited. With this system the full amount is paid when you order. If the goods are in stock, they will be posted within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, please be aware that many specialty garments will need to be made for you and may not be available for mailing for about 10-20 days. So if you prefer, there is payment Method 2.
METHOD 2. PRINT OUT ORDER FORM. You can print out your order form, fill in your Credit Card information, Sign the form, and then either FAX or MAIL it to us. With this Method, if your goods are not in stock and there will be a delay we will charge a deposit amount and charge the balance when your order is ready for mailing. Or you can attach a Money Order or Cheque and MAIL to us.
DELIVERY: All parcels are sent by Australia Post Registered Mail and are insured. We guarantee delivery or replacement should your parcel be lost and untraced by Australia Post. Exceptions are if you request an Unregistered delivery or an Australia Post Express Bag, as Australia Post will not insure or guarantee delivery of these. All orders are packed discreetly in plain parcels.
SHIPPING RATES: $7 orders under $100. $17 orders $101-$500. $25 orders over $501.
Please do not send cash as we cannot accept responsibility for any money lost in transit. Please make sure that all orders sent by mail are in a well-sealed envelope. Orders cancelled after receipt by us may be subject to 10% handling fee, and in the case where garments are already being manufactured for you, 50% of the garments cost may be required.
It may be necessary for us to request additional identification when there is any doubt about the authenticity of any orders or payment methods, and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order.
